Account Creation & User Security

User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 1152 platform, you agree not to:
- Using the platform for any purpose that is illegal or in violation of Malaysian law.

- Using any automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Sharing your account with any other party or allowing someone else to use it.
- Providing false information during registration or any identity verification process.
- Using funds from illegal sources to deposit into the platform account.

Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the 1152 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name and is legally valid.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to set thresholds and may change from time to time. The platform reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of platform policy. Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account that has been registered and verified in the same user's name. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take one to three business days.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
The 1152 platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- The user is found to have violated any of the rules set out in this terms document.
- There is suspicious activity indicating potential fraud or misuse of the platform.
- The user fails to complete an identity verification request within the specified timeframe.
- Account inactive for an extended period with no transaction activity.
- Instructions or orders from relevant authorities requiring such action.
If an account is closed due to a policy violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded depending on the circumstances and the platform's decision. Users may submit an appeal via the support email within 30 days of the closure date.
Platform Liability Limits and Intellectual Property
The 1152 platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform's services, including service disruptions, technical failures, or data loss that occur beyond the platform's control.

Users are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any such content without prior written permission.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
